This is a framed photo of the Kalalau Overlook on the island of Kauai. This photo was taken during sunset in the summer on a golden evening.
The photo measures 16x20 and has been sealed in a hand made frame of Purple Heart wood. The frame is accented with a cedar strip inlayed within the Purple Heart. It is truly a one of a kind piece. Purple Heart is a very special type of wood, whose color can be further accented by placing the wood in direct sunlight.
The photo is available matted and in additional sizes. With this framed piece, the photo is not removable from the frame. It has been mounted to adhesive foamcore and it permanently affixed to the frame.
