Frozen Falls

$75.00

"Frozen Falls" is a matted photo of Tumalo Falls in Deschutes National Forest outside of Bend, Oregon taken in the fall of 2018. The photo was captured early in the morning with a tripod and Canon 7D Mark II. This is a long exposure photo, smoothing the crystal water of the falls into a flowing mist. One can also see the ice frozen around the bottom of the waterfall. The quiet and elegant falls presented a brisk yet beautiful view worth capturing forever. This is photo #6 in the Adventure Collection.

This was printed on Kodak Endura Premier paper with a Glossy finish, providing the image with high definition contrast, and a slight matte texture. This item has been permanently mounted to the mat, ensuring its protection. It is not removable from the mat. The gallery mat used is an 8 ply white mat that is durable and solid.

We also have a 5x7 photo mounted in an 8x10 4 ply mat. It is shown above in the final 4 images. It has been mounted using the T-hinge method.

Additional options such as photo only, are available upon request. Pricing varies with different options, size, finish, etc.

In order to prevent extreme bowing or camber, it is recommended to keep the photo in optimal temperatures (55-75 degrees) and in low humidity. Bowing is natural for mats but maintaining optimal conditions can help to minimize the effects. The picture and mat can also be framed for additional protection and presentation.

The photo is signed by the artist, Alex Corbin, and shows S+C for Swell and Cedar and the year produced, 2019.

Included with the photo is a Certificate of Authenticity. It displays the name of the work, "Frozen Falls" as well as the collection number 6 of the Adventure Collection, photo size, and the logo decal of Swell and Cedar.
